These terms and conditions (these “Terms“) apply to the purchase and sale of products through https://celebluxury.com (the “Site“). These Terms are subject to change by Celeb Luxury, LLC, (referred to as “Celeb“, “us“, “we“, or “our” as the context may require) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of these Terms will be posted on this Site, and you should review these Terms before purchasing any products that are available through this Site. Your continued use of this Site after a posted change in these Terms will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to those changes.
• Order Acceptance and Cancellation. You agree that your order is an offer to buy all products listed in your order under these Terms. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products to you. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion. After having received your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between Celeb and you will not take place unless and until you have received your order confirmation e-mail. You have the option to cancel your order at any time before we have sent your order confirmation e-mail by e-mailing Celeb at firstname.lastname@example.org with a cancellation request.
- Prices and Payment Terms.
- All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation e-mail. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after those changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All of those taxes and charges will be added to your order total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation e-mail. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
- Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges that you incur at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
- Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.
- We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery service. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
- Returns and Refunds. Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for (i) a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, and provided such products are returned in their original condition, still sealed in their original, undamaged packaging, or (ii) a product replacement, which option shall be chosen by us in our sole discretion. To return products, you must e-mail our returns department at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA“) number before shipping your product back to us. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
[You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, other than for defective products. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Shipping & Delivery Information
- Any orders received after 11am EST are processed the next business day. For example, an order placed Monday will be processed on Tuesday and receive a tracking # on Wednesday. An order placed Friday will be processed on Monday and receive a tracking # on Tuesday.
- Standard shipping is 3-5 business days after processing.
- Rushed shipping is 2 business days after processing.
- All FREE shipping use standard shipping.
- Your tracking # will be sent in a new email.

How long will it take for my package to be shipped/delivered?
Mail and Delivery services are experiencing delays because of the actual global situation with COVID-19. As much as we LOVE the overwhelmingly positive support, we’re getting from all of you, our Celeb Community, ensuring the safety of our employees and the customers is a high priority for us. Delays are imperative but we ask for your patience and understanding, while we seek new solutions to get your products as soon as possible on our beloved customer hands.
Delivery speed? How fast can I get my order?
It’s safe to add an additional 3+ business days range for delays with your order.
What if I pay rushed shipping?
We will consider it a higher priority but even with rushed orders, we advise you to consider a 1-2 extra days in case of any shipping delays.
Where is my tracking number?
Since it takes 3 days to safely prepare and pack your package, the tracking information will take extra time to be sent to your email. That information is only available when your order is on its way. In the meantime, we encourage you to check your inbox and your spam folder in case of being delivered there. If you can’t still find it, no worries! Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care agent will happily help you understand the status of your purchase.
I need to change my address to my order?
Please send us an email as soon as possible within the first 24hrs post purchase. If the product is already shipped unfortunately during this time is not possible to reroute it.
I want to return/cancel my order?
Cancelations are permitted during the first 12hrs post purchase. – Returns, unfortunately, are not accepted at this moment. Because of the nature of our products, is not possible to accept them back once they leave our premises, to again, guarantee the safety of our employees.
Can the weather affect my order being delivered?
COVID-19 closures, seasonal weather events, severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions may occur and can occasionally disrupt our services. Our top priorities are the safety and well-being of our team members and providing the best service to our customers. Celeb Luxury is not responsible for delays after a package has left our shipping depot.
What happens if my package is delivered to the wrong address?
Celeb Luxury is not responsible for misdelivered packages as a result of carrier mishandling. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact customer support and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Celeb Luxury is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been confirmed delivered by a shipping courier it becomes the shopper’s responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact customer support and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
